If you feel the slightest sign of a cold coming on sip some ginger tea. Here’s a simple recipe:
Ginger Tea
3 slices of fresh Ginger Root
16 oz of boiling water
add, 1 tsp honey, 6 whole cloves, one cinnamon stick
cover and simmer 1 minute
Relax and sip away the symptoms. Ahhhh!
